The entrance to the homestead garden was designed to invite new visitors into the homestead gardens and was opened officially on November 6th 2015. Made of Corten steel, the large contemporary archway features embedded glass panels by artist, Lisa Walsh. Walsh utilised imagery of New Zealand appropriate to the setting of the Bason Botanic Gardens.
