Coming Together

3^rd April – 27 April

‘Coming together’ – A group show of collage and constructed pieces. Participating artists include some well known names from around Taranaki and further afield.

According to the TATE – ‘Collage describes both the technique and resulting work of art in which pieces of paper, photographs, fabric, and other ephemera are arranged and stuck down onto a supporting surface.’

Both collage and constructed works, made up of seemingly random items combine to present an opinion, philisophic thought, or story.

Collage workshops will be held during the exhibition, dates are to be confirmed and will be advertised on Gallery Patea fb page.
