Works by New Zealand painter Douglas MacDiarmid from the Te Manawa collection, considered to be one of the most technically and formally accomplished, imaginative, and intellectually and philosophically sophisticated artists to emerge from this country.
The exhibition is part of a nationwide art trail marking the 100th anniversary of the artist’s birth.
