Learn to Weave Saori Style. 

This two-day workshop is offered to anyone who is interested in the idea of expressing themselves freely through the use of fibre and weaving threads together. Saori weaving, developed in Japan is for new and experienced weavers who would like to develop a skill whereby they weave freely producing a unique cloth.

Throughout the two days the weavers will be shown different Saori freestyle weaving techniques which can be incorporated into their woven work in their own style and colour.

The completed cloth can be removed from the looms or be finished at home. Suggestions are available for using your fibre art.

The workshop is available to four or five weavers.
