Puanga Event: Ngā Kura Huna, Hidden Gems in the Stars with Āwhina Twomey

We are honoured to present Āwhina Twomey (Ngāti Hinemanu, Ngāti Raukawa, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Kuia) a renowned champion of te reo Māori and a graduate of Te Panekiretanga o te reo Māori The Institute for Excellence in the Māori Language. Āwhina has been celebrating Matariki for 30 years and promoting Puanga for 18 years. She is a passionate advocate for all taonga Māori, tangible and intangible.
