Today we unveiled the new "TANE" at Kanuka Grove.
Whanau are now able to head down to the newly developed Kanuka Grove, Centennial Drive, Hokowhitu to visit Tane and the ancient and significant Kanuka grove site of Rangitane.
Whilst a majority of the old Kanuka needed to come down due to ill health and age, we were able to save a few old timers. The grove has been a protected area since the time of Wi Mahuri.
