The Bank Room

The Bank Room is a collaboration between husband and wife Kevin & Michaela, housed in Pātea’s old Bank of New Zealand building, built in 1874.

The Bank Room is gallery of hand-printed artwork and occasional homewares by resident printmaker MB Stoneman. Guest artists from throughout Aotearoa change each month to offer a range of creative mediums and showcase the wider arts community.  The Bank Room also features organic, fairtrade Devil's Cup Coffee (espresso, roasted coffee beans), roasted onsite. 

Restored to enhance the hand-crafted features and native timbers, The Bank Room has a focus on ethical and environmental values to ensure our products are good for everyone.
